Association, Inc.
All classes at GPCDFA are taught with positive, motivational methods. They are intended to be fun for both the dog owner and the dog, while still providing the desired results, i.e., creating the dog you want to live with. GPCDFA offers a variety of classes in the various dog sports.
If you have no prior experience with dog training, you will feel welcome and will have other experience handlers that are willing to mentor you.
If you have prior experience with dog training and dog sports, you will be welcome and encourage to lend your experience to help other handlers to proof their performance.
All dogs are welcome regardless of dog’s breed. Owners of mixed breeds can enjoy the thrill of competing for titles in Agility, Obedience, Flyball, Rally, and Tracking and much more as well as the purebred dog. Although, mixed breed dogs must be spayed or neutered before being registered to compete.
Conformation classes are focused on the recognized AKC breeds and the dogs must be intact.
